A single estate Sencha that has been grown and crafted by one of Japan’s most renowned tea estates, in Japan’s first tea producing region, Uji.
An incredible amount of effort has been put into producing this organic sencha. No fertilisers or pesticides were used to produce this beautiful long-leafed tea. The bright, jade green leaves produce a deep, rich tea with an intense flavour and a captivating creamy texture. Uplifting and rich in antioxidants.
Enjoy: All day, with Japanese food
Brewing: Pour water at 70 degrees (1/3 cold to 2/3 boiling) into a pot and add one heaped teaspoon of leaf per cup. Infuse 1-2 mins. Enjoy as is.
