WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

Currently, we ship within Australia only.  However, we may be able to arrange overseas postage, so please email us with a request at orders@theberryteashop.com.au, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please include the items that you are interested in purchasing and your location (country, city, postcode) so that you can receive accurate shipping pricing and estimated delivery timeframes. 

DELIVERY TIMES:

We take care to pack your order with love and extra care, and here’s what you can expect once it’s on its way:

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you immediately.

• Standard Shipping: Please allow 3–10 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

• Express Post: Need it faster? Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days (processing times not included).
