Inspired by the artisan perfume makers of France, this twist on the Earl Grey sends the senses soaring to new heights. The bergamot oils infused into the Ceylon leaf are bolstered by adding blue cornflowers, citrus peels and hibiscus. The decadent amongst us will be seduced.
Enjoy: Afternoon tea, evening, with dessert in your best china cup.
Brewing: Pour water just off the boil over one heaped teaspoon of leaf per cup. Infuse for 3-5 min. Best drunk black or with a slice of lemon. Delicious served hot or iced.
