Best and most considerate staff in Australia

I can’t recommend The Berry Tea Shop highly enough the cast iron teapot and cups I bought are amazing and a pleasure to use. A slight hiccup with the colour was notified and quickly resolved over the phone. The package arrived in WA in just over 48 hours, thanks to their super fast dispatch. I can’t praise the staff enough they were brilliant and even included a surprise in the package for me. Will definitely be purchasing additional items in the future.
