Excellent customer service- We were informed within a few hours of placing our order that the shortbread we ordered was out of stock and were given a couple of alternatives. We were very pleased that The order was delivered before Christmas. Would definitely order from the Berry Teashop again.

Red Chrysanthemum Tea Blossom

Tea is excellent as usual. Only thing I would say is the tea bag sachet arrived open. I usually buy the tea leaves (I bought as well). Added the tea bags for quickness this time.
